The first issue of our magazine came out in April 1995, then under the name “springer”. The picture of a chameleon adorning the cover suggested a versatility that has been amply demonstrated in the more than 42 issues that have followed. Before the retrospective gaze unfolds a long, varied journey characterised by the constant endeavour to open up new themes and geographical focuses. Since 1998, “springer” has been called “springerin”.
